Planit Holidays LLP is the owner and publisher of the domain name https://planitholidays.co, an internet resource on the World Wide Web and of the mobile application respects your privacy and values the trust you place in us; therefore, we insist upon the highest standards for secure transactions, customer information privacy and seeks to comply with applicable legal requirements in respect of data collection, processing and transfer. This Privacy Policy describes in brief how Planit (“Planit”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, discloses and protects Personal information of the Users of the Services which is provided to us through use of the Website or the App (“Online Platforms”).

We have implemented reasonable security practices and procedures that are commensurate with the information assets being protected and with the nature of our business. While we try our best to provide security that is commensurate with the industry standards, because of the inherent vulnerabilities of the internet, we cannot ensure or warrant complete security of all information that is being transmitted to us by you.

We may also keep records of telephone calls received and made for making inquiries, orders, or other purposes for the purpose of administration of Services.

  11. In case of any contests conducted by Planit in which the User participates, the User Information may be used for prize fulfilment and other aspects of any contest or similar offering;
  12. Communicate any changes in our Services or this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use to the Users;
  13. Verification of identity of Users and perform checks to prevent frauds; and
  14. Investigating, enforcing, resolving disputes and applying our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, either ourselves or through third party service providers.

4.DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

  1. We may from time to time be required to disclose the information collected from you to our trusted third-party service providers who assist us in order to facilitate the provision of services on the Online Platform. For instance, we may share your information with third party payment gateway providers to process transactions on the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to any such disclosure of your information with third party service providers. We ensure that such third-party service providers are bound by reasonable confidentiality obligations and/or use, maintain and follow generally accepted industry and security standards with respect to such information.

User has the right to withdraw his/ her/ its consent at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, but please note that withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.

Users can access, modify, correct and delete the Personal Information provided by them which has been voluntarily given by the User and collected, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. However, if the User updates his/ her information, we may keep a copy of the information which User originally provided to Planit in its archives for User documented herein. In case the User seeks to update or correct, his/ her Personal Information, the User may exercise these rights by updating their information on the relevant self-serve option on the website/ App.

8.CHANGE TO PRIVACY POLICY

Planit may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat User’s personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy itself, we will display a notice on the Website, as provided for above, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Services. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use the Services, you may use the relevant self-serve option on the website/ App or contact sales@planitholidays.co to deactivate your account. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Planit has about you and your account.
If a User uses the Services or accesses the website after a notice of changes has been sent to such User or published on the Website, such User hereby provides his/her/its consent to the changed terms.

9.CHILDREN’S AND MINOR’S PRIVACY

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools also can prevent minors from disclosing their name, address, and other personally identifiable information online without parental permission.
